1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship orders domestically within the United States.
  • International shipping is currently available to Canada and Mexico only.

2. Shipping Carrier and Service

  • All orders are shipped via USPS using their ground service.
  • We currently offer standard shipping only.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $60 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $6.

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Orders placed during weekends or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

5. Delivery Times and Tracking

  • Estimated delivery times for USPS ground shipping are 4–7 business days.
  • Tracking information will be provided to you via email as soon as your order ships.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet shipped.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
